Methods of industrial waste water treatment
There are four classifications of methods of industrial waste water
treatment, they are physical treatment, chemical treatment,
physical and chemical treatment and biological treatment.
Physical treatment, by means of physical effects, in order to
separate and reuse the undissolved suspended pollutants in the
waste water(oil film and oil droplets), we usually take use of
gravity separation, centrifugal separation, filtration and so on.
Chemical treatment, put some chemical matters into the waste water,
take use of chemical reaction to separate and reuse the pollutants
of waste water, we usually use chemical precipitation, coagulation,
neutralization, oxidation reduction(electrolysis) and so on.
Physical and chemical treatment, take use of physical and chemical
effects to remove the pollutants in the waste water, they are
adsorption, ion exchange, membrane separation, extraction and so
